Week of December 19th: Connecticut, Iowa, Mississippi

Week of December 26th: New Mexico, Nebraska, Idaho, West Virginia

Week of January 2nd: Hawaii, Maine, Montana, Rhode Island

Week of January 9th: Delaware, South Dakota, North Dakota, Vermont
